I'm Kevin A. Fuller, and I started The Fuller Firm, LLC, more than 30 years ago. My goal was to build a top-notch criminal defense law firm, and I believe I succeeded. I have defended clients throughout Florida, with hundreds of those cases going to trial. I have defended clients charged with everything from 2nd-degree misdemeanors to 1st-degree felonies, and every client receives the same high-caliber defense.
I expanded into family law and continued that success. It started after I defended a dancer charged with a crime, and that one case turned into dozens of referrals for family law matters: custody disputes, domestic violence injunctions, paternity actions, and divorces. Today the practice spans both worlds, backed by the same preparation, and I serve as a neutral in family mediations as a Florida Certified Family Law Mediator.
